Warranty Duration 6-Month Warranty: Applies to smartwatches purchased with a 6-month warranty. Coverage includes hardware issues for the duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. 1-Year Warranty: Applies to smartwatches purchased with a 1-year warranty. Coverage includes hardware issues for the first 6 months from the date of purchase, and software issues for the remaining 6 months. Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes malfunctions such as hardware failures, manufacturing defects, and other issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage. Exclusions Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by: Submerging the smartwatch in water beyond the specified water-resistance rating. Exposing the smartwatch to extreme temperatures or environments. Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties. Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
